Tomorrow, the PGCC is presenting QPR: Question Persuade Refer Training for #CSUMB students. 3 simple steps can help save a life from suicide. People trained in QPR learn how to recognize the warning signs of a suicide crisis and how to question, persuade, and refer someone to help. Attend a 90 minute QPR training and be a certified QPR gatekeeper. It’s a brief training for anyone interested in helping your campus community. Health and Wellness Services Building 80.
